MANAGING DIRECTOR
Splitting her time and lifestyle between the dynamic cities of London and Leeds, Sarah serves as our UK Managing Director.
Born and raised in Leeds, Sarah quickly found her calling in the world of entertainment, after qualifying as an accountant at Deloitte London, Sarah gained further industry experience at Boiler Room and at Avalon Entertainment before joining ICONAC in 2024.
Sarah was drawn to the entrepreneurial, tech-focused forward thinking approach to business management, and the culture of innovation and collaboration amongst the team.
Sarah is a member of the West Yorkshire steering group, helping raise the profile of the music scene in the Northern region. Outside of work Sarah enjoys travelling and spending time with her young son.
Jamie Selby
Head of Client Services
Hailing from the picturesque countryside of Wiltshire, Jamie oversees Client Services at ICONAC. Whether you need someone to manage your accounts, handle your finances, or navigate taxes, Jamie is your go-to person. His favorite aspect of working at ICONAC is seeing clients succeed. With previous experience in business management roles and a Mathematics degree from Exeter, Jamie excels in providing crucial support to our music and entertainment clients.
Rebecca Barnes
Account Associate
Driven by the simple reward of happy client emails, Rebecca is our Chichester-based Account Associate, dedicated to helping clients manage their finances so they can thrive. Her fascination with financial management for entertainment clients may have started at 18, when she saw the Backstreet Boys. "Has AJ McLean diversified his portfolio recently? Does Kevin know about long-term financial goals?" We can only assume these questions fueled her journey into the field.
Most of her adult life is now a balancing act between “keeping the kids alive” and making time for her two beloved pets: Pogo, the three-legged calico cat, and Bramble, the energetic cocker spaniel.
Helen Gill
Helen is our Accounting Manager based in the North Cotswolds. With 12 years accountancy experience, Helen is passionate about helping clients understand their finances and reduce the anxiety that often comes hand in hand with all things finance and taxes. She has years of experience across many sectors of clients, but recently moved to ICONAC to broaden her knowledge in the music and entertainment industry. Her attention to detail is an asset to the finalisation of statutory year end accounts and she also enjoys tax planning for UK business and individuals. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and also enjoys taking walks in the Cotswold countryside with her husband to recharge.
Donna Alexander
Tucked away on the windswept West Coast of Scotland, Donna is our Accounting Associate with a sharp eye for detail and a soft spot for a good show tune. She keeps our clients’ books in perfect harmony—handling everything from management accounts to VAT reporting—with the calm precision of someone who's wrangled three kids (two of them teenagers) and lived to tell the tale. Donna almost took a very different path—she nearly pursued a music degree before sensibly deciding to keep music as a beloved hobby and opted for a BA in Financial Services instead. Thankfully, her passion for numbers won out, and she's been working in accounts ever since. This role is the sweet spot where her two favourite worlds collide: finance and the music industry. No two days are ever the same, and Donna thrives on the variety—and the buzz of discovering the exciting things our clients are up to. Outside of work, she’s a Marvel superfan (she and her son haven’t missed a premiere yet), a musical theatre regular with her daughter, and never far from her Kindle when the house finally goes quiet.
Jake Cox
Tuning into life from Hampshire, Jake is our music loving associate who supports the business management and accounts teams. When he’s not delivering good news that makes clients feel like they just landed a headline slot at Glasto, you’ll find him strolling through the countryside or layering tracks in his home studio — always with a soundtrack, of course. Spreadsheets and settlements are his stage, and a well-balanced tour account is his chart-topping hit. His not-so-secret talent? A refined palate for indulgence — whether it’s a bold glass of red or a plate of something deliciously unpronounceable. Calm, capable, and just cheeky enough to keep things fun, Jake brings harmony to the world of finance, one satisfied client (and one perfectly paired meal) at a time.
